Terms and Conditions for Organizing Events at Eleven Restaurant

  1. General Information

  1. Booking and Payment
  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance of 75% must be paid no later than one day before the event.
  • Bookings can be made via our website, by phone, or in person at the restaurant.
  1. Cancellation and Refunds
  • Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited.
  • Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to contact@elevenstanmore.co.uk.
  1. Venue Use and Timings
  • Events may commence after 4:00 PM.
  • Music is permitted until 1:00 AM.
  • Guests must vacate the premises by 2:00 AM.
  1. Capacity and Seating
  • The restaurant can accommodate up to 120 guests. Please contact us for detailed seating arrangements.
  1. Food and Beverage
  • Custom menu options are available upon request. Please discuss your requirements with our team.
  • Beverage options include both open bar and cash bar. Specific arrangements can be tailored to your event.
  1. Decorations and Entertainment
  • External vendors (e.g., DJs, bands, decorators) are allowed but must be pre-approved by Eleven Restaurant.
  • Clients are responsible for any damage to decorations, glassware, or other elements within the venue. Repair costs will be supported by the client.
  1. Client Responsibilities
  • The client is responsible for any damage and inappropriate behaviour of their guests.
  • Any special details or requirements must be agreed upon based on the specific nature of the event.
  1. Restaurant Responsibilities
  • Eleven Restaurant will provide necessary staff for the event and ensure the venue is prepared as agreed.
  • We are not liable for any interruptions or issues beyond our control.
  1. Force Majeure
  • Eleven Restaurant is not liable for events outside our control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions.
  1. Amendments and Termination
  • Terms and conditions may be amended from time to time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
  • Either party may terminate the agreement under the conditions specified in these terms.
  1. Dispute Resolution
  • Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through mediation or arbitration.
